the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Oncology RN in Asheville, North Carolina, 28801! Job

Candidates must have an active RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification is required. Description: The unit has 24 beds and 42
staff members. During the day shift, staff includes 1 Clinical
Nurse Coordinator, 4-6 RNs, 2 Certified Nursing Assistants, and 1
Health Unit Coordinator. The night shift consists of 1 Clinical
Nurse Coordinator, 4-6 RNs, and 2 Certified Nursing Assistants.
Patient ratios are 1:4 or 1:5. Standard unit equipment is utilized.
Electronic Medical Records are managed using Cerner. Candidates
must have strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications include chemotherapy certification.
Typical procedures performed in the unit include occasional pelvic
exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis. Staff are required to
work 6 weekend days per schedule. Basic hospital policies and
guidelines are to be followed. Floating to other medical-surgical
units may occur, but it is rare. Dress code for RNs includes navy,
white, or a combination of both colors. Dress code for Certified
