Description: Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Mon-Fri 8am-5pm -
Promotes cross-training and back-up capabilities among office and
infusion staff. - Provides management support for clinical staff,
with a working knowledge of their responsibilities and
expectations. - Functions as a hands-on resource for infusion
nurses to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups to complaints. -
Maintains an active pool of prn nurses for staffing assistance. -
Participates in community and hospital meetings, including Cancer
Committee, Nursing Council, Management Action Council, and Cancer
Conferences. Collaborates with Physician Office Compliance
personnel and Department Director regarding the Quality program. -
Maintains personnel files with current competence, licensure, and
counseling records. - Works within budgetary constraints, promoting
effective work habits and productivity. - Maintains current policy
and procedure development and review, ensuring staff input on key
areas. - Maintains knowledge of current expectations of regulatory
bodies: TJC, State position is located, Commission on Cancer,
NAPBC, any other accreditations and CMS. The expertise and
experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master's of NursingOncology
Certified Nurse (OCN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered
Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $87,622.70 -
