145-bed facility. 5100 annual volume - around 500 OB cases per
year.Dates/Coverage: 24/7 coverage. PRN/sporadic weeks at a time
beginning May 2026 forward. Day shifts during the day and 1st call
at night.Case Mix: General and OB cases. No hearts, heads, peds, or
CVSupport Staff/Supervision: Supervised Model, 1 Anesthesiologist
to 4 CRNAsCredentialing Time-Frame: 30-45 days or
lessCertifications: BC, ACLS, BLSActive VA License: Highly
preferred upfront since needs start in JanuaryFlight/Lodging/Rental
