Description: Schedule: Full Time Shift: 8am to 5pm Monday, Thru,
Friday and Saturday. 8am to 12pm on a rotational basis. (1-2
Saturday’s per month) - Data collection involves the patient,
family, and other health care providers as appropriate. - The
priority of data collection activities is determined by the
patient’s immediate condition or needs. - Pertinent data are
collected using appropriate assessment techniques and instruments.
- Relevant data are documented in a retrievable form. - The data
collection process is systematic and ongoing. The expertise and
experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School
(Required)Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - EV Accredited Issuing
Body Pay Range: $20.12 - $37.42 This facility is an equal
