Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Western North Carolina Start
Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Asheville, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
Day or night shift available; 12-hour shifts with every other
weekend; patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
Highlights: Work in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU, the largest
and most advanced in the region Part of a 96-bed children's
hospital within an 815-bed regional referral center and Level II
trauma center EMR system: Cerner Collaborative unit with 120
nursing staff members, respiratory therapists, and dedicated charge
nurses Opportunity to float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother Baby
units for variety and professional growth Located in a city known
for its arts community, natural beauty, and proximity to the Blue
Ridge Mountains Requirements: Active RN license in North Carolina
or eligibility for licensure Minimum 2 years of Level III or higher
NICU experience strongly preferred NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) certification required Stable and NIC-RNC certifications
preferred Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused professional
