Nurse, Neurosciences – Western North Carolina Start Date: December
17, 2025 Location: Asheville, North Carolina Compensation: Details
provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day and night shift
positions available. Day shift includes 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 3 CNAs,
and 1 HUC. Night shift includes 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1
HUC. Patient ratios 5:1 or 6:1, with stretch ratios up to 7:1 on
nights. Every other weekend required. Highlights: 36-bed dedicated
neurosciences unit specializing in comprehensive neurological
patient care Standard medical-surgical equipment with Cerner EMR
system Supportive team environment with consistent staffing model
and defined ratios New staff reference book provided at start of
contract for onboarding support Opportunity to float to other
medical-surgical floors for skill diversification Navy blue scrub
dress code Requirements: Active RN license in North Carolina or
compact state licensure NIH Stroke Scale certification (required)
ACLS certification (required) Previous neurosciences or neuro
experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Foley insertion and IV
starts Outgoing, self-motivated personality with strong team
