Position: RN-PICU-Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract) We're hiring experienced RN-PICU-Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($1800 - $1895 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately. Engage in performance evaluations and seek feedback for improvement. Contribute to achieving departmental targets and quality improvement initiatives. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate families on care plans and health management for pediatric patients. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times. Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and communication. Experience/Qualifications Active RN license in North Carolina with pediatric experience preferred. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in PICU or similar critical care settings is essential. Ability to monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures. Proficient in utilizing data to improve patient care outcomes. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient documentation.
