You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in an inpatient, outpatient or home healthcare setting; home health industry experience a plus Current CPR certification Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
