Labor/Delivery RN in Maryville, Tennessee, 37804! Job Opportunity –
Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Tennessee Start Date: March 23,
2026 Location: Maryville, Tennessee Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time schedule with weekend
coverage and call required; floating to other units based on skill
set Highlights: 12-bed Labor & Delivery unit with monthly birth
volume of 100-200 deliveries Comprehensive case mix including
triage assessments, inductions, cesarean sections, external
versions, NSTs, circumcisions, and newborn
resuscitation/stabilization Epic EMR system with 1 year of
experience required Special procedures include Magnesium Sulfate
administration and high-risk delivery support Couplet care model
with Mother/Baby and Level I Nursery support Interdisciplinary team
support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and
rapid response teams Requirements: Active Tennessee RN license
required Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience; no
first-time travelers Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and
AWHONN Intermediate 1 year of Epic EMR experience required Previous
travel nursing experience required Charge nurse experience strongly
preferred Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine
not required Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules
within 48 hours of contract signing (reimbursable up to 16 hours)
