System. Position Overview: Start Date: Begin your locum tenens
assignment on December 21, 2023, and provide valuable coverage
through December 26, 2023. Coverage Type: This position involves
call-only responsibilities, ensuring that you play a pivotal role
in handling obstetric and gynecologic cases in the Labor and
Delivery department. Setting: Join a dynamic team in an inpatient
setting, where you will contribute to patient care in a fast-paced
and supportive environment. The facility is open to accepting
multiple providers, fostering collaboration. Credentialing and
Support: Board Certification: Board certification in Obstetrics and
Gynecology is preferred, and eligibility is a requirement.
Licensure: Only providers with active licenses in Tennessee will be
considered for this position. Certifications: Providers with ACLS,
ABLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications are highly encouraged to apply.
Privileges: No hospital or surgery center privileges are required
for this locum tenens assignment. Temporary privileges are
available, and the estimated credentialing timeframe is 5-7 days.
Support Staff and Call Details: Collaborate with a dedicated team,
including 2 RNs, no MAs, and additional office staff. In this
call-only role, you will respond to an average of 1-2 calls per
day, with a 40% call-back rate. Patient admissions range from 1-2,
