Job Description:

seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with
our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical care and
personalized attention, ensuring the health and well-being of the
lives we touch. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or
disabled patients Monitor patient health and document nursing care
Administer prescribed medications and treatments Assist in the
design and implementation of patient care plans Communicate with
physicians, RNs, and other medical professionals Maintain
compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Strong
clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task Ability to work
independently and as part of a team Basic computer literacy Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of
practice CPR certification
