Gifted Healthcare is seeking a skilled, experienced, and compassionate PRN LTAC RN to join our nursing staff in Powell, Tennessee. This position is ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to impact patient care in a long-term acute care setting. You will be part of a committed team, working to provide top-tier care to patients with severe and complex illnesses. This role is temporary and hours are on a per-need basis, giving you flexibility to manage your schedule. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in an LTAC setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities and other therapeutic interventions. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation. Participate in the development of patient management plans, contributing to team efforts to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care Ability to operate medical equipment and perform complex procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in EHR (Electronic Health Records) software Capability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Preferred
