Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled PRN LTAC
(Long Term Acute Care) Registered Nurse to join our team in Powell,
Tennessee. This position requires an individual committed to
providing excellent patient care through strong critical thinking
skills and a compassionate approach. Our nurses are instrumental in

for professional growth. Provide direct nursing care in a long-term
acute care setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor
patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Administer medications and maintain detailed records of patient's
treatments, medications, and progress. Respond to medical
emergencies and provide guidance and support to family members.
Participate in continuous education and training sessions to
improve nursing skills and healthcare knowledge. Strong critical
thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in managing
complex patient situations. Demonstrated ability to perform
effectively in stressful situations. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Experience with electronic medical record
(EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
