Key Skills and Qualifications: Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology (Required) Virginia Medical License and DEA registration in Virginia Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience Current BLS certification Proficiency with Epic/Beacon EMR systems Ability to work weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with last patient scheduled at 3:40 PM Strong communication, team collaboration, and patient management skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with solid tumor treatments and malignant hematology Familiarity with supportive care and management of common hematological conditions such as iron deficiency anemia Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including APPs, nurses, pharmacists, and social workers Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in Hematology and Oncology Other Requirements: Clinical support staff includes APPs, oncology RNs, infusion RNs, MAs/LPNs, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, navigators, and more Support staff and resources ensure comprehensive patient care No travel required; all billable travel expenses such as airfare, hotel, and rental cars will be reimbursed Emergency privileges will be requested, and licensure consideration is not available for licensing outside Virginia Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate of $507.00/hour, totaling $650/hour during shifts Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Extensive referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Supportive team committed to your professional success Embark on this rewarding journey by applying today and take the next step in advancing your career while making a tangible difference in patient lives.
