Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 hours Flex schedule available and required when needed Location Highlights Kingsport, TN offers a variety of recreational and cultural opportunities.
