permanent placement opportunity (5 days/week) providing care in
skilled nursing facilities in the Tucson area. Seeking an
experienced NP or PA with a strong clinical background;
PM&R/physiatry experience preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday
Setting: Skilled nursing facilities (post-acute care) Compensation
range: $143,000 – $171,000 annually Comprehensive 3-month
onboarding clinical mentor support Growth and leadership
opportunities available Active Arizona NP or PA license DEA or
eligibility to acquire 2 years of NP/PA experience required
Experience in post-acute, rehab, acute care, or clinic settings is
a plus
