The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Monitor patient health and record signs Administer medications and treatments Operate medical equipment Collaborate with physicians and nurses to form individualized care plans for patients Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families Educate patients about management of illnesses Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in handling medical equipment Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective time management and organizational skills Empathetic and compassionate patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
