Job Description:

difference. Job Summary Performs seasonal work scheduled around the
system-wide Influenza Vaccine Distribution and N-95 Respirator Fit
Testing programs. May perform new hire screenings, when necessary,
based on the volume of new employees and volunteers in the Prisma
Health system. For prn work within our department and work may be
scheduled at any location within our System; including locations
that are not associated with one of our campuses. All work for
projects is subject to rotation of location(s) and times which may
not be "standard" office hours. Weekend work may occasionally be
offered. Business travel may apply if this nurse travels to
multiple locations during the course of a shift. Essential
Functions - All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and
compliant with Prisma Health's purpose: Inspire health. Serve with
compassion. Be the difference. - Assists with major projects
(Respirator Fit-testing, Flu Distribution). Duties may include set
up of supplies in room(s) - in addition to the assigned tasks of
screening, administering, and documenting Flu vaccine distribution.
Respirator Fit testing "fairs" work on a similar model. - Performs
new hire health screening for new team members, volunteers and/or
contingent workers which includes vaccinations, urine drug
screening, blood collection and nursing assessment. - Other special
projects may include the COVID phone lines, assisting during large
acquisitions or mergers and performing nursing duties in the
office. - Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory/Management
Responsibilities - This is a non-management job that will report to
a supervisor, manager, director or executive. Minimum Requirements
- Education - Associate degree in Nursing. - Experience - No
previous experience required. Nursing, Peds, Occupational Health or
Immunization clinic experience preferred. In Lieu Of - NA Required
Certifications, Registrations, Licenses - Licensed to practice as a
registered nurse in the state in which work is performed.
