Job Description Maternal-Fetal Medicine (Perinatologist) Opening
in Knoxville, TNStart Date: 2027Employment Type: Full-TimeSeeking a
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician to join its well-established and
highly respected practice. This position is to replace a
long-standing partner who will be retiring in 2027. The incoming
physician will join a collaborative team of four experienced
Perinatologists, along with advanced practice providers and
specialized clinical staff.Highlights Full-time employed position
in a physician-led hybrid model practice Approximately 4,000
deliveries annually at the affiliated tertiary care center
Collaborative prenatal care model supported by Nurse Practitioners
Flexibility to participate in deliveries or coordinate with 12
in-network OB/GYNs Consultative and perinatal ultrasound services
provided both on-site and in satellite locations Involvement in
maternal transport services across a regional hospital network
Close partnership with a nationally ranked neonatal intensive care
unit (NICU) directly across the street Opportunity to pursue a
special interest within MFM (e.g., genetics, diabetes,
ultrasound)Practice Support Seven Nurse Practitioners Four Genetic
Counselors Three Certified Diabetic Educators 15 Perinatal
Sonographers* Three satellite offices providing community outreach
