General Dentist – Ownership Track (Knoxville, TN) Overview Join a rapidly growing dental group in Knoxville as a full-scope General Dentist with a clear, accelerated path to practice ownership. What you’ll do Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a strong focus on restorative care Perform hygiene exams and build strong, trust-based patient relationships Create treatment plans that are ethical, patient-centered, and clinically sound Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive excellent patient experience and outcomes Contribute to practice growth through quality care, consistency, and leadership Ownership path This position includes a defined buy-in opportunity typically available within 3–4 months, based on mutual fit and performance. You’ll have visibility into how the practice operates and a structured transition plan designed to move you from associate to owner with support.
