*$$* *Earn up to $20/hour as a Car Wash Shift Leader* *$$*


Ultimate Shine Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 17 sites in TN, VA & WV and plan to double in size by the end of 2022. With this type of growth comes limitless job opportunities! On average, crew members earn $15-$20+/hr with base rate and commission!

*As A Shift Lead You Will:*


* Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a WOW experience for the consumer

* Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages Ultimate Shine offers

* Explain and offer Unlimited Plan and the Rewards Club programs to customers

* Properly utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment

* Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment

* Follow all Ultimate Shine Wash rules, policies, and procedures

* Assist in leading the site under supervision of the Site Manager and Assistant Manager

* Help motivate the team to drive sales and company metrics

* Open and close the store while ensuring to meet company standards

* Other duties as assigned

* Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-moving environment

* Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays

* Be able lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
