Job Posting: OverviewProduct Connections is an Experiential Engagement Agency that specializes in developing and implementing In-Store product demos and Customer Engagement Experiences inside Sam's Club throughout the US and Puerto Rico.We are searching for an experienced People Leader to join our team as the Retail Supervisor leading a team of product samplers inside of a Sam's Club. • Company Paid Short Term Disability and Life InsuranceResponsibilitiesThe Retail Supervisor builds and leads a dynamic team of up to 25 part-time Product Demonstrators and Juicers in a single Sam's Club location. They will recruit, hire, train, schedule, audit, and coach their team on effective customer engagement techniques with an emphasis on food safety and overall customer experience. The Supervisor manages all demonstration operations onsite and works in cooperation with the Club management to facilitate daily compliance and execution. Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams and execution
  • Food safety experience and ability to certify
  • Customer-facing comfort level of daily operations
  • Active role requires lifting, standing and wide range of motion Salary Starting at: $40,000.00 / yr
