Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Concessions Manager to oversee the daily
operations of our concession stands at entertainment and sports
venues. This role is pivotal in ensuring exemplary customer service
while achieving operational efficiency and profitability. The
successful candidate will manage all aspects of concessions
operations, including inventory control, team management, and
vendor relations, in alignment with Aramark's commitment to
excellence and innovation. Manage day-to-day operations of
concession stands to ensure they meet the highest standards of
service, quality, and efficiency. Train, supervise, and evaluate
staff performance; ensure adequate staffing for each event.
Maintain inventory levels and control costs while delivering
exceptional quality and service. Develop and implement strategies
to maximize sales and revenue targets. Collaborate with event
coordinators and other stakeholders to plan and execute event
logistics. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing
regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to
maintain high customer satisfaction. Proven ability to manage and
lead a team in a high-pressure environment. Strong organizational
and communication skills. Experience with inventory management and
cost control. Adept in using point of sale (POS) systems and
related software. Excellent customer service and conflict
resolution skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k ServSafe Food Handler certification
required. Certified Food & Beverage Executive (CFBE) or similar
certification is a plus.
