Job Description:
Our client, a reputable organization in the hospitality
industry, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping professional to join
their team. As a Housekeeping team member, you will be supporting
the Guest Services Department, contributing to creating a welcoming
and comfortable environment for guests, staff, and visitors. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability,
and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the
organization. Job Title: Housekeeping Location: Montreat Pay Range:
$16-20/ hour What's the Job? Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of
hotel, lodge, and conference center facilities, including guest
rooms, restrooms, lobbies, and corridors. Replenish supplies such
as toiletries, linens, and towels in designated areas to ensure
guest satisfaction. Transport trash and waste efficiently and
hygienically to designated disposal areas. Organize and maintain
housekeeping carts and equipment to ensure readiness for daily
tasks. Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming presence
throughout the property, ensuring their comfort and safety. What's
Needed? Ability to stand, lift, carry, walk, sit, push, and pull
for extended periods, with the capacity to move materials weighing
50 lb. or more with assistance. Availability to work on Fridays
(August-May), Saturdays (June-July), and Sundays year-round,
including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. A valid
driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and commitment to
safety standards. Effective communication skills and the ability to
