Pre-employment drug testing will include testing for nicotine, and only candidates who pass the drug test will be considered eligible for employment.Position Summary:+ The Physician Recruiter plays a critical role in developing and executing proactive strategies to meet the recruitment and talent needs for our rapidly growing primary care organization. Responsibilities:+ Builds and maintains a netowrk of passive and active candidates for family, internal medicine, and pediatric office locations.+ Establishes and fosters strategic relationships with important universities and associations (residency, fellowship programs, etc.)+ Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, professional associations, diversity organizations, phone research, and networking.+ Publishes ads, creates lists of targeted candidates to contact, as well as participates in networking events with program directors and other external sources.+ Ensures prospective provider candidates are well supported throughout the application and hiring process.+ In conjunction with various members of our team, coordinates introductions, phone and in-person interviews with candidates and internal teams to include, but not limited to: travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, local transportation, meeting agendas, and local coordination for candidates' spouse/children, as needed.+ Tracks and manages status of all provider recruitment efforts and provides updates to leadership monthly.+ Actively manages relationships and contracts with supplemental vendors (LinkedIn, Indeed, PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, external recruiters, and agencies, when applicable).+ Monitors the onboarding process for provider candidates and ensures all internal departments are aligned to prevent any delays or bottlenecks.+ Partners with senior leadership, HR, and Operations team to understand future provider forecasting (organic growth, retiring providers, etc.)Skills/Experience Required:+ Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.+ Strong, working knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in the primary care setting.+ Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.+ Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.+ Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.+ Team player that develops strong collaborative working relationships with internal partners and can effectively engage and ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams.+ Strong networking, candidate mining skills and client relationship skills.+ Successful track record of achieving recruiting goals and targets.Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree required.
