Role Summary Eagle Bend Manufacturing is looking for an HR Manager
focused on all aspects of: Human relations, wage management,
manpower planning, recruitment and selection strategies, training
and development activities or trends. Providing support, advise, or
influence where appropriate/necessary, to all leaders and employees
regarding policies, procedures, work practices or compliance
standards (legislation, divisional, corporate). At Eagle Bend

Responsibilities
- Establish, effectively develop and lead the HR Team to ensure
all services are provided at the highest level of quality and
timeliness.
- Develop and foster strong working relationships with all
employees, department managers, direct reports, committees, and
teams.
- Implement and oversee all HR systems for the division,
including hiring, payroll, performance management, training &
development and other HR systems required by the division.
- Establish and maintain effective policies and procedures for
the division to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all
employees, including maintaining the Magna Employee Handbook.
- Facilitate open communication to all employees using various
methods and tools.
- Establish, implement, and monitor HR KPIs and benchmark for
continuous improvement.
- Ensure the preparation, timely submission and effective
management of HR budget.
- Active participation in planning the remuneration budget and
employment planning as well as preparing cyclical forecasts of HR
costs.
- Develop, implement, and manage all HR processes, including
their optimization and improvement.
- Develop, implement, and manage our Magna remuneration policy
and HR and payroll processes.
- Advice and support in change management.
- Be Brand and Culture Ambassador of Magna's Fair Enterprise
culture - internal and external
- Close cooperation with the OHS department in the field of
continuous improvement of safety in the workplace.
- Continuously adhere to and apply the Magna Employee's Charter,
the Magna Corporate Constitution, and the Magna Operational
Principles in all aspects of position and interaction with others.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Higher education (Human Resource Management or other in the HR
field)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of HR in
the production industry (preferably automotive), including
managerial responsibilities;
- Comprehensive knowledge of Tennessee labor law and soft HR
processes.
- Diplomacy, high ethical standards.
- Initiative, high commitment, goal-oriented and solution-based
practical approach to tasks
- Excellent communication, mediation, organizational,
interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Flexibility and quick adaptation to new situations and
tasks.
- Experience with human resource management systems (knowledge of
SAP Payroll, Workday or SAP Success Factors will be an asset)
Additional Information Additional Information This position
requires a person to have the ability to perform work while
standing or walking a minimum of two (2) to four (4) hours a day,
the ability to perform work while sitting for six (6) hours a day
and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds on an occasional basis.
Must be capable of performing repetitive motion for four (4) to six
