Quality Control Technical Bookkeeper

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Bookkeeper (Quality Control) who will be responsible for technical escalations, client account audits, and analyzing quality control trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle technical escalations from bookkeeping staff
Facilitate client account audits
Analyze quality control trends, develop root cause fixes, and ensure efficient processes

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and/or financial control work
Prior experience with QuickBooks Online (bonus points for knowledge of Gusto and/or law firm case management systems)
Prior experience with recording payroll journal entries
Experience with legal three-way trust reconciliation (extra bonus points)
