Job Description:
Responsible for operational and sales-related support of
life-insurance licensed bankers across First Horizon’s retail
footprint. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as operational
support for our licensed bankers in the areas of sales tracking,
paperwork completion, system usage and annuity issuance. Provide
support primarily through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Assist Licensed Platform and Strategy Director with maintenance of
“Licensed Platform Resources” SharePoint site, preparation and
delivery of educational materials, and general administrative
support. Communicate product/rate updates on a weekly basis. Be
knowledgeable with state testing, CE, licensing, and appointment
processes to support the growth and sustainment of the licensed
platform. Serves as system process expert for our licensed bankers
to ensure adherence with industry regulations and internal policies
Requirements: A positive, team-oriented attitude is required. A
thorough understanding of annuities, basic investment and life
insurance products, as well as their application in a retail bank
sales environment. Strong organizational and time management skills
are a necessity. Robust computer skills including the ability to
utilize technology for maximum efficiency and to teach others to do
the same. Limited travel required (3-4 weeks annually)
Qualifications: College degree and a minimum of 3 years of
experience in the area of investments and insurance is preferred.
Retail banking and proven client-facing sales experience extremely
