commerce. Your Impact You’ll be the technical force that turns
concepts into commercially ready products. By bridging R&D,
manufacturing, and customer needs, you’ll accelerate innovation,
improve processes, and help Iconex maintain its leadership in
labeling and print technologies. What You’ll Be Doing: Develop new
label, coating, adhesive, and print-based products in collaboration
with Product Management, Sales, and key customers. Plan, run, and
analyze manufacturing trials, delivering clear trial plans and
post-trial reviews to accelerate commercialization. Partner with
Manufacturing to introduce new equipment, troubleshoot technical
issues, and support process improvements. Lead or support product
and process troubleshooting, quality investigations, and corrective
action development. Analyze trial and scale-up data, prepare
technical reports, and present findings to senior leaders. Monitor
quality performance during product scale-up and provide technical
guidance to ensure smooth transition to production. Support global
efforts to identify and deploy new process technologies across
sourcing and manufacturing sites. You’ll Bring: You carry a strong
technical foundation in coatings, adhesives, paper, or printing
technologies, plus the curiosity to build what doesn’t exist yet. A
degree in a relevant engineering field, 5–8 years of experience,
mastery of analytical tools like Minitab and Excel, comfort with
customer-facing communication, and the project management
discipline to keep multiple efforts moving forward. Bonus points
for advanced degrees, certifications, Six Sigma expertise, or
