As a Packer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting essential operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization. Job Title: Packer Location: Clinton, TN Pay Range: $17 - $18 per hour Hours: 1st 6:00 am - 6:30 pm 3rd: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am What's the Job? Prepare orders by stacking a large number of A/C filters on pallets. Operate a pallet jack on a regular basis. Keep the work area clean and organized. Assemble cardboard frames for packing filters. Pack command strips in boxes and ensure packages are complete before packing. What's Needed? High school diploma required (verification not needed). Ability to stand for 12 hours during shifts. Willingness to wear steel-toe shoes and safety gear. Must be able to work every other weekend. Experience in construction, assembly, or warehouse environments is a plus. What's in it for me?
