matters We’re seeking an Electro-Mechanical Build Specialist who
will be a key contributor on the Dayton Operations Team—supporting
occasional Trillium model assembly, performing general wiring, and
owning end-of-line functional testing and troubleshooting. Your

assembly to life on mission-critical equipment. Variety: Shift
across workstations and lines; no two builds are exactly alike.
Growth: Expand into PLC programming and advanced testing while
working with experts across the plant. Core responsibilities
Interpret machine/mechanical/electrical blueprints and
electrical/electronic schematics. Wire 3-phase power (motors, motor
controls, transformers, PLCs) and build control circuits at 120Vac
and 24Vdc with switches, sensors, and transmitters. Troubleshoot
evaporative cooling tower components and associated logic controls;
apply NEC knowledge. Conduct end-of-line testing with meters and
related equipment; Hi-Pot (dielectric) testing experience is a
plus. Maintain safety first; work above OSHA’s general industry
workplace heights with proper fall protection. Complete required
paperwork and production reports; demonstrate intermediate computer
skills. What we look for 2 years’ experience in motors and controls
maintenance/troubleshooting. 2 years’ wiring experience. PLC
programming experience desired. Quality mindset and meticulous
attention to detail. Proficiency in Electrical Schematics and
Mechanical Assembly Skills. How you’ll work Report to the Team
Leader on an assembly line within BAC Dayton. Partner closely with
other departments to move builds from concept to completion. Flex
across stations and lines as production needs evolve. Availability
Ability to work all shifts within a 24-hour environment. Some
travel may be required. WORKING CONDITIONS The physical demands
described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this

environment includes lifting up to 50lbs. Standing is to be
expected up to 80% of the time. Additional activities include
walking, reaching, bending, stooping, and sitting. Fine hand
manipulation of controls is needed as well as hand eye coordination
to perform changes. Working hours can include any of three shifts
and generally are scheduled for forty hours a week. Longer than 8
hour days and some weekend overtime is to be expected to adequately
support production requirements and company initiatives. Working
temperatures include both wide fluctuations within the plant as
well as ambient outside temperatures.
