Work areas include compression molding, open cure ovens, cracker mill compression, calendar milling, sanding, die press operation, foam-in-place, water jet cutting, autoclaves, and bumpers. Whether you're trimming, pressing, forming, cutting, spraying, or curing materials, you'll be part of a process that values attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production.
