Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler - Asheville, NC Responsibilities Assemble components using tools like drills, rivet guns, and soldering equipment following a specific sequence. Inspect and verify quality at key stages, ensuring custom changes meet specifications. Maintain inventory accuracy and reorder parts using the Kanban system. Support various line operations, engage in cross-training, and safely clean and pack final products. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Work Environment The work environment involves using various hand tools and equipment in an assembly line setting. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals. The role requires flexibility to cover multiple operations on the line and may involve manual or aided movement of units. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Asheville, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
