Our client, a leading organization in the textile industry, is
seeking a dedicated Textile Machine Operator - All Shifts (1st,
2nd, 3rd) to join their dynamic team. As a Textile Machine Operator
- All Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), you will be an integral part of the
manufacturing department, supporting the production process and
ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude,
which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title:
Textile Machine Operator - All Shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Location:
Marion, NC Pay Range: $17.55 - $19.05 Shift: All shifts What's the
Job? Operate textile machinery efficiently and safely to meet
production goals Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot
issues promptly Perform routine maintenance and inspections on
equipment Maintain accurate production records and quality
documentation Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at
all times What's Needed? Previous machine operating experience is
preferred but not required Ability to follow detailed instructions
and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and quality
standards Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
Willingness to participate in training and adapt to shift schedules
