Clean Room Production Associate - Oak Ridge, TN Shifts: 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm - 16/hr, 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm - 18.50/hr $16.00/hr $2.50/hr Shift Differential Great role for fast learners who enjoy hands?on work, staying active, and building manufacturing experience. Our client is hiring for their Clean Room team, and this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company. What You’ll Do You’ll be part of the production process that keeps high?quality products moving out the door. Your day will include: • Inspecting and cleaning product with accuracy • Labeling and packaging items in a Clean Room environment • Wearing a mask, gown, and gloves—following contamination?control procedures • Keeping equipment and work areas clean and organized • Reporting any issues or nonconformance • Helping teammates as needed to keep things running smoothly This role is hands?on and active—perfect if you like detail work and staying busy. What We’re Looking For You’ll be a great fit if you: • Have good dexterity and attention to detail • Are comfortable working with water • Can follow detailed procedures • Communicate well and work well on a team • Are willing to wear personal protective gear (mask, gown, gloves) • Are reliable and ready to learn High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of related work experience preferred—but if you’re a quick learner with a good work ethic, we want to talk to you.
