Job Description:
PrideStaff is seeking to fill an HR Generalist position for a
local well-known client.Responsibilities of the HR Generalist
position include compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, labor
relations, worker's comp, on-boarding, and training.Job Duties for
HR Generalist include:* Keeping open communication within HR dept
and staff as needed* Provide human resource support to employees*
Be the source of contact with employment agencies* Helping resolve
employee issues* Help with compensation issues* Process payroll for
the company* Administer benefits* Process any deductions * Handle
employee complaints, questions, disputes, and grievances* Provide
assistance to managers and employees on company policies and
procedures* Help guide managers on performance evaluations* Other
projects and duties as assignedJob Requirements:* 2 years of HR
Generalist experience* Knowledge of HR practices and procedures*
Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel* Proven excellent
judgment, problem solving, and creativity skills
