Job Description:
Detailed Responsibilities and Requirements:* Provide executive
support to the CEO and Leadership Team* Serve as a point of contact
for internal and external matters * One step ahead in efficient
organization* Ability to support team members across more than one
location* Excellent composition, grammar, and business language
skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
and both internal and external stakeholders* Creative, flexible,
well organized, resourceful and detail oriented* Excellent judgment
in handling confidential, legal, or sensitive information* Ability
to work independently, set priorities and handle multiple tasks
with a high level of efficiency and little supervision* Serves as a
liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams*
Action oriented and tireless motivation required* Ability to work
in a fast pace environment with--multiple time zones* Other duties
as assigned
