We are lookingto hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities and ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Oversee and maintain work facilities
  • Bookkeepingand Payroll
  • Deal with customer complaints/issues
  • Oversee/maintain adequate office systems
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Encourage and improve internalcommunication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, ...)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management or other related fields
  • Applicable knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Experience with Client Records Management database
  • Ability to prioritize andmulti-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
