    Identity Theft Protection and Credit MonitoringSummary of Responsibility:Maintains essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.Essential Duties:
    • Assist users with issues related to Windows computers and peripherals. - Admin MDM software and mobile devices. - Assist project manager on remote site deployments (4-6 times per year). - Use ticketing system to document and track support issues and projects. - Assist users with applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). - Support Apple and Android phones. - Create and remove accounts from O365. - Provide basic troubleshooting and repair of LANs. - Provide troubleshooting and repair of PCs. - Image computers for deployment. - Maintain professional relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and other Company personnel. - Perform all job-related duties as assigned by supervisor. - Maintain regular and predictable attendance.Education, Experience, Licensure/Certification, Age Requirements:
      • Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent work or military experience. - Required: 1+ years full-time work in information technology. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. - Working knowledge of all internal computer components and a good understanding of printers. - Understanding of basic TCP/IP networking. - Ability to give excellent customer support and work with users with different personality types. - Some travel required. - Must be available to work nights and weekends when needed for projects.Application Process: A review of all applications begins immediately and continues until the position is filled.
