Job Summary: Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a Multimedia Specialist that will help redefine the way pilots learn and interact with flight training products. You will work with a collaborative team of engineers, instructors, training managers and designers to create outstanding flight training experiences. Our ideal candidate will have a deep passion for great design, attention to detail, and a love of aviation. You will enable impactful learning experiences by constructing innovative technology solutions. Supervisory Responsibility: None Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): * Contribute and help develop new training products and solutions. * Update content on multiple platforms i.g. WordPress, Salesforce, Formstack * Troubleshoot and provide technical support for our online training products. * Assist with the planning, development, testing, and deployment of our training products and services. * Research and participate in the product discovery. * Create business requirements for new training product features and functionality. * Collaborate with product stakeholders, designers, engineers, flight instructors, and pilots to identify new opportunities and technical solutions. * Assist with user acceptance testing. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty adequately. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions. * Technical knowledge of connecting and integrating technologies to create functional solutions. * Strong communication skills, especially written. * Strong understanding of web-based technologies, mobile applications, and online platforms. * Strong familiarity of HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Strong understanding of WordPress and Salesforce. * Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Good understanding of Agile methodology, and best practices for functional, SI, and UA testing. * Working knowledge of image editing, video editing, graphic design and motion graphics. * Mature analytical skills: as evidenced by the ability to solve problems, identify improvement opportunities and create effective action plans. * Ability to write clear, simple and accurate technical documents describing complex processes. Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline * 3+ years of experience with one or more related disciplines; web or mobile app development, online service solutions, digital media production, and product management.
