employment.Responsibilities:About Our Career OpportunitySummit
Medical Group's Corporate Office is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support
to triage and troubleshoot all incoming tickets and calls and
resolve the ticket whenever applicable. This is a Full time
opportunity, working Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.Examples of
Duties: (List does not include all duties assigned)Answers calls to
the IT Support line, work the ticket to the best of their ability,
anddistribute tickets to appropriate team as necessary.Respond to
IT Support and work order email groups. Create tickets accordingly
anddistribute to appropriate teams.Troubleshoot IT issues within
Level 1 parameters and ability level. Examples of thisinclude
password resets, remote printer installation, software
installation, usereducation, and remote access problem
solving.Responsible for New AD Account creation and assign tickets
for the new user setupand creation where appropriate.Maintains
professional competency through research, study, and
continuingeducation programs as directed.Contributes to a positive
work climate and the overall team effort of thedepartment and
organization.Adheres to all elements of the established corporate
compliance program.Maintains strictest confidentiality both
internally and externally.Complete all other duties, special
projects as assigned.Qualifications:Education: Associate or
higher-level degree in IT or medical related field is
preferred.Experience: A minimum equivalent of 3-5 years of
IT/Medical related experience.Certification/Licensure: COMPTIA
Fundamentals+ certification or equivalent knowledge base preferred.
Athena EHR training preferred.
