PRESS OPERATOR IGannett Publishing ServicesKnoxville, TNResponsibilities:Interpret press layout and web leadsMake ready and operate offset web pressMonitor printed products and make adjustments as needed during press run to ensure they meet quality standardsPerform routine preventative maintenanceClean press after production runRequirements:Minimum of 5 years offset web press experienceBasic computer skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be able to work varying shifts according to business needsSkilled in trouble-shootingMust have good verbal and written communication skillsExperience with the following is a plus:DensitometerOperation of a 2;3;3 jaw folderTension control of multiple web leadsAurosys and PECOM systemsMAN Roland RegioMan or GeoMan press operationThe Benefits:---15 days of vacation annually, increases to 25 days after reaching 3rd year anniversary---Full Time Benefits with the company the first of the month following your hire date.
