Job Description:



Serve as initial contact to visitors and callers. The major function of the position is to efficiently channel calls to appropriate individuals, take messages, assist and/or direct visitors to office personnel. The Receptionist also performs limited secretarial and clerical duties to contribute to the smooth functioning of the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answers all incoming calls. Routes calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.

2. Greets visitors, determines the purpose of their visit and directs them to the appropriate office personnel.

3. Assists with sorting and sending mail.

4. Performs typing and other clerical duties as directed.

5. Performs miscellaneous duties as directed.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent and receptionist experience is required.

Experience with MS Office products is desirable.

Skills and Attributes:

Candidate must have good oral communications skills and possess familiarity with telephone communications systems.

Ability to relate well with the public is required greeting people in a pleasant manner; must have good disposition.

Must possess ability to type 45-50 wpm
