Prefer some college such as a 2-year degree. 5 years of experience in a front desk role in a dental setting with management responsibilities Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems, and objectives Skilled in planning, organizing, and supervising Skilled in exercising initiative, judgement, problem-solving, and the public Ability to counsel/discipline personnel as requested or as may become necessary Advanced computer skills working with MS Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook Verbal and written communication skills Dentrix experience a plus All team members assist with basic chores including emptying trash, light sweeping, and other basic cleaning as needed Full time days/hours - Ability to work the required scheduled Certified Great Place to Work AARP Hiring Pledge Veteran's Hiring Pledge A diverse employer with opportunities for all Drug Free workplace, equal opportunity employer
