Practice Administrator - Dental Partners Fountain City -

Requirements: Greeting and welcoming our patients to the practice
Leading and managing the team daily for success Conducting daily
and monthly team meetings Answering phones and schedule
appointments Insurance Verification Collecting payments and
offering treatment financing options Handling AR and focus on
outstanding claims and outstanding Accounts Receivable Building and
creating professional relationships with internal and external
customers Provide excellent customer service to our patients Other
Front desk duties as required, willingness to jump in and assist
where needed HS Diploma or GED. Prefer some college such as a
2-year degree. 5 years of experience in a front desk role in a
dental setting with management responsibilities Knowledge of
organization policies, procedures, systems, and objectives Skilled
in planning, organizing, and supervising Skilled in exercising
initiative, judgement, problem-solving, and the public Ability to
counsel/discipline personnel as requested or as may become
necessary Advanced computer skills working with MS Office products
including Excel, Word, and Outlook Verbal and written communication
skills Dentrix experience a plus All team members assist with basic
chores including emptying trash, light sweeping, and other basic
cleaning as needed Full time days/hours - Ability to work the
