Practice Administrator - Dental Partners Fountain City -

- Greeting and welcoming our patients to the practice
- Leading and managing the team daily for success
- Conducting daily and monthly team meetings
- Answering phones and schedule appointments
- Insurance Verification
- Collecting payments and offering treatment financing
options
- Handling AR and focus on outstanding claims and outstanding
Accounts Receivable
- Building and creating professional relationships with internal
and external customers
- Provide excellent customer service to our patients
- Other Front desk duties as required, willingness to jump in and
assist where needed
- HS Diploma or GED. Prefer some college such as a 2-year
degree.
- 5 years of experience in a front desk role in a dental setting
with management responsibilities
- Knowledge of organization policies, procedures, systems, and
objectives
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and supervising
- Skilled in exercising initiative, judgement, problem-solving,
and the public
- Ability to counsel/discipline personnel as requested or as may
become necessary
- Advanced computer skills working with MS Office products
including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dentrix experience a plus
- All team members assist with basic chores including emptying
trash, light sweeping, and other basic cleaning as needed
- Full time days/hours - Ability to work the required
