This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. As a Superintendent/General Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are being met.
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are being met on the job site.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being completed to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to the client.Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on superintendent or general contractor roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology, including project management software, scheduling software, and building information modeling (BIM) software.
