Candidates should have experience preparing Phase 1 and Phase 2 environmental site assessments, scoping of Phase 2 site assessments, and extensive field experience. Candidates should have experience with delineation and remediation of various contaminants in soil, groundwater and soil gas on commercial and/or industrial project sites. Job Snapshot:
This position will include a mix of both field and office work associated with environmental evaluations

• 
  
• Field work will include drilling of soil borings; installation of monitor wells; identification of the soils encountered and determination of well construction; soil, groundwater, and soil gas sampling for chemical analysis; and other testing and sampling as may be required
  
• Office tasks will include preparation of data tables; graphical presentation of data; comparison of soil and groundwater data to State regulatory standards; and report preparation
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology or environmental related science
    
  • 3-8 years of experience conducting geo-environmental projects
    
  • Experience interacting with regulatory representatives
    
  • Willing and able to travel and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Professional registration in Tennessee; or ability to obtain in the future
