Job Posting: OverviewProduct Connections is an Experiential Engagement Agency that specializes in developing and implementing In-Store product demos and Customer Engagement Experiences inside Sams Club throughout the US and Puerto Rico.We are searching for an experienced People Leader to join our team as the Retail Supervisor leading a team of product samplers inside of a Sams Club. They will recruit, hire, train, schedule, audit, and coach their team on effective customer engagement techniques with an emphasis on food safety and overall customer experience. The Supervisor manages all demonstration operations onsite and works in cooperation with the Club management to facilitate daily compliance and execution. Qualifications

Experience leading teams and executionFood safety experience and ability to certifyCustomer-facing comfort level of daily operationsActive role requires lifting, standing and wide range of motion Salary Starting at: $40,000.00 / yr
