--- Consult with clients, discover their property desires & find properties to show them that meet their needs
--- Present offers to sellers for consideration and closing
--- Respond to all leads by following up in a timely manner
--- Learn the industry and be the expert or trusted advisor

Qualifications:
--- Acquire a TN Real Estate license
--- Strong money motivation
--- Works well independently and is also a great team player
--- Provide excellent customer service
