Level Liaison in the BRIDGES School Based program today!You have a

you are valued!The BRIDGESSchool Based Master's Level Liaison:
- Serves as the primary clinician that provides
counseling/liaison services to a predetermined number of
children/youth and families in the Knox County School (KCS)
System.
- Provides weekly individual and family psycho-therapy to
children and adolescents ages 4-21 with a mental health
diagnosis.
- Provides psycho-social assessments for clients and provides
diagnosis and appropriate referrals for clients assessed, as
needed.
- Provides crisis intervention and emergency services as
needed.
- Interfaces with the school system and other agencies to
increase cooperation and consistency between home, school, and
community.
- Provides information and referral, agency linkage, advocacy,
home visits, and follow-up services.
- Treatment modalities used by Master's level clinicians
providing therapy services include but are not limited to:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy
(CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT),
Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency (ARC), Parent-Child
Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Play Therapy.COMPENSATION: Starting
salary for this position isapproximately $45,080 /yr based on
relevant experience and education. Free licensed clinical
supervision opportunities available.Scheduling: An essential job
function is adherence to anassigned schedule on site and in the
schools and/or community, with regularattendance. Travel: F
endorsement is required. Some travel to other worksites may be
required.Equipment/Technology: Basic computer skills are required
for documentation in the electronic medical record, email, and time
keeping.QUALIFICATIONS- School-Based Bridges Master's Level
LiaisonEducation:
- Master's degree in Human Services or related field with
coursework or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human
development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and
drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, and intellectual
disabilities.
- Degree must be licensed or license-eligible for LPC, LMFT or
LCSW.

- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in mental health service
provision and leadership. Experience /Knowledge:
- One year experience preferred.
- Experience working with children is preferred although
applicants may have other skills and experiences that could
accommodate this position.
- Must have basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, e-mail,
and internet use.
- Ability to utilize electronic medical
records.Physical/EmotionalSkills:
- Minimal exposure to biological hazards.
- Hearing of normal and soft tones; close eye work.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and
reaching.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Required to be certified in and adequately implement verbal and
de-escalation techniques and escapes.
- Clinical staff members must possess reliable transportation,
the ability to acquire an F endorsement on driver's license, and
